Radagast Games Privacy Policy

Effective from 18 October 2026.

1. Data controller

The data controller is Filip Woźniczak, running a sole proprietorship as Radagast Consulting Filip Woźniczak, Zielona Góra, Poland, NIP (tax ID) 9292038941, REGON 386169866. Radagast Games is the brand we publish the games under.

For privacy matters, write to [email protected].

2. Data stored only on your device

The games need no account and have no server of their own. Progress, statistics, settings and tutorial answers are stored only on your device. We don’t receive them. You can delete them by uninstalling the game or clearing its data in your phone settings.

Reminders are local notifications scheduled on the device. A game asks for notification permission only when you turn reminders on in its settings.

Sharing a result opens the system share sheet only when you tap Share. The text goes to the app you choose.

3. Ads (Google AdMob)

The games are free and show rewarded ads only when you choose to watch one, for example for extra energy or a hint. Ads are served by Google AdMob.

To show an ad, Google processes the device’s advertising ID (on Android), your IP address and the approximate location derived from it, device and system information, and data about the ad being shown and your interaction with it. On iOS the games don’t ask for tracking permission, so they have no access to Apple’s advertising identifier.

In the European Economic Area, the UK and Switzerland the game shows Google’s consent form (User Messaging Platform). We show personalised ads only with your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). Without consent Google shows non-personalised ads, based on our legitimate interest in funding a free game (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). You can change your choice at any time under “Privacy options” in the game menu.

Google also processes this data as an independent controller. Details: https://policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites.

4. Game statistics (Google Analytics for Firebase)

Each game has its own Firebase project. Analytics collects game events: starting and finishing a board, game mode, stars, mistakes and hints, play time, the tutorial, ad offers and their outcome, and the chosen theme and language. The data is linked to a random installation ID, not to your name, an account or the advertising ID.

Analytics is not used for ads: advertising signals are turned off. Where the game shows the consent form, analytics runs only after your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). In other countries it runs from the first launch. We use it to tune difficulty and fix how the games work.

We keep analytics data for no longer than 14 months.

5. Crash reports (Firebase Crashlytics)

When a game crashes or hits an error, Crashlytics sends a report with the stack trace, device model, system and game version, and the installation ID. It contains none of your game data and no advertising ID.

This is based on our legitimate interest in fixing errors (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Reports are kept for up to 90 days.

6. E-mail contact

If you write to us from a game or directly to [email protected], we use your address and message to reply (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). We keep messages for no longer than 12 months after the last contact.

7. Recipients and transfers

The data described in sections 3–5 is received by Google Ireland Limited and, as its sub-processor, Google LLC in the United States. Transfers rely on the European Commission’s adequacy decision for the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and on standard contractual clauses. We don’t sell data.

8. Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict and port your data, to object, and to withdraw consent at any time without affecting earlier processing. You can also complain to a data protection authority; in Poland it is the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO).

Because the games have no accounts, we can’t always link data held in Google’s services to a specific person. The simplest way to withdraw consent is “Privacy options” in the game, and uninstalling the game removes the data on your device.

9. Children

The games are not directed at children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect their data.

10. Changes

When we change how data is processed or add a new game, we update this page and the date at the top.
